Rancho California Water District (RCWD) would like to warn customers against a thief posing as a water utility worker. It was brought to RCWD's attention today that a local thief has posed as a water utility worker to get into customers homes and then steal some of the homeowners' possessions. The thief is posing with a shirt and hat, which looks like a local utility's, and is carrying a clipboard. The man explains that he needs to check the water pressure and therefore needs to be let into the house...
